| Responsibilities : |
|
You will work with a dedicated Broking Business and Channel Support Team to provide efficient and prompt first level support and services to e-trading and bank branch broking clients as well as carry out promotional and marketing activities on e-trading as and when required.
|
|
| Requirements : |
- A recognised degree in Information System, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Experience in frontline client services or e-business operations.
- Computer literate and preferably multi-lingual
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels.
- Willing to travel for marketing and training.
- Dynamic and highly results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
